Islyne Return & Refund Policy
At Islyne, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you receive. However, if you encounter any issues, we are here to help. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
Return Eligibility
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:
- Unopened, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging.
- All seals, tags, and protective wrapping must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply contact our customer service team at customerservice@islyne.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging (if relevant)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping address and further instructions. Please do not return products without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will assess the situation and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Delivery Claims
If your tracking shows the item as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Afterward, send us the claim reference, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refund Process
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Islyne Responsibility: If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items marked as "Final Sale"
- Opened or used skincare or cosmetics, unless the product is faulty
